I have recently started a mini health kick over the last month, (trying to) replace chocolate with fruit and improve my diet! When the lovely team at Eat Clean Tea wanted to send me a sample of their matcha tea I was intrigued as I had never tried matcha before. I chose their 'matcha & mint' (they also have 'matcha & ginger') and was pleasantly surprised. It was very refreshing just like fresh mint tea and is a great substitute for coffee (which I am also trying to cut down on) and leaves you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
Matcha increases your energy and metabolism and helps detoxify your body. It is full of antioxidants, fibre and vitamins and I love how it is all natural with no added substances. I found it interesting to see on their website that they stated they are not a 'teatox' meaning they don't contain laxatives in their ingredients which help you lose weight as they don't believe in short term fixes that have some side effects.
